Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Gymnastics Classes Booking Rules: Classes can be booked online or directly at the venue. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your spot in the class. A complimentary trial class is available for first-time participants. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded, but rescheduling is permitted based on availability. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before the class. Please contact our team to confirm availability. If you miss a class without prior notice, it will be counted as attended, and rescheduling will not be allowed. Additional Information: All bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. This policy ensures flexibility while maintaining the smooth operation of our classes, offering convenience and clarity for all participants.
